Old Obi Wan costume question

The boots were 14L Campus Boots by Frye in a Tannish Brown. These pictures are of a vintage pair I owned a few years ago. They were made in the 1970's so would have been correct for the era for the production in 1976. The only major difference is that the screen used boots in ANH had black Vibram soles. The boots used in ESB, ROTJ and the ones currently in the Lucasfilm archives have the sole like the vintage pair shown below.
Do we know or at least have any ideas about which model of Vibram soles were used? I assume a squared toe, and I can see about 6 lugs around the toes. Maybe a 132 Montagna? Was the 132 even manufactured in 1976-77?

I'm honestly not sure which type of Vibram soles they used. I do know that they went from black Vibram with the lugs in ANH and switched to the standard stacked leather sole for Empire and Jedi. I'm not sure if the lug soled versions were loaned out from Berman's and Nathan's and then returned at the end of production. I'm guessing as with a lot of the sequel costumes, they either bought the pieces back from them, or bought/ made new items, so the standard stacked leather were used in Empire and Jedi because all the photos I've seen of the costume on exhibition (including when I saw the costume in person) features that style. There would be no reason to purchase a pair of boots just to keep in the archives for posterity after filming wrapped, so the ones in the archives and on tour with the costume over the last 20 plus years since MoM are most likely screen used ones for the last two movies in the trilogy.

Also consider that Guinness's feet never show up on camera in Empire and Jedi due to being a ghost. If you look close at the behind the scenes shot of Hamill and Guinness on the Dagobah set, you can sort of make out the leather soles.

That's a fantastic photo for trying to figure out either the exact model or a "close-enough" modern equivalent.
What's throwing me for a loop is the fact that there's no yellow Vibram logo so they must be a pre-1969 model. Similar lug count to both the Montagna and Carrarmato. But I'm faarrrr from an expert and simply an amature trying to use Google lol.

From what I've read trying to research Vibram soles, it seems that the modern Carrarmato sole has deviated from the original design and the 132 Montagna is apparently more faithful to the original Carrarmato.

But take everything I say with a grain of salt as again, I am very much an amateur, especially when it comes to boot soles
