Anticipating deliveries is something we'd like to see happen more and more as we continue to grow.
TRON LEGACY has done, and continues to do very well so we're almost always in production of these goods at any one given time. Q2 deliveries are still in production, but as soon as they wind down we'll immediately begin with Q3...that said, we had room to bring some Q2 into production and early deliver with the Q1 shipment so some of you have gotten a welcome 'early' surprise.

If there is a way to anticipate...we will continue to do so. It certainly depends on a million and one factors allowing me to do so but....we owe it to you all to make this effort whenever possible.

Thanks again for the faith in us and our products. You guys are why we can continue to do what we do.:thumbsup

The more and more I look at the picts of the TRON riding leathers the more and more I want to purchase it. It seems that many people are extremely happy with the leathers and the only negative feedback I have seen are from those "I am too cool because I ride" type *********-bikers. In reality you know they would wear the suit if they had it.
The May deadline is approaching fast. Only if I had the extra money to spend.
Nice work on the suit UD.

What I'd like to add in regards to 'negative feedback' is simple....fortunately for us all, it's our customers' feedback that matters. We have an obligation to produce high end, movie replica garments....that are road safe and suitable for riding. The views and opinions of customers that fall into THAT category usually have very valid suggestions or critiques, to which we listen closely. The fan base knows these characters and wants them to look a certain way, and perform a certain way.

The movie replica aspect is meant to appeal to the fans of these different characters and films...not so much to just anyone who while may ride, isn't a fan per say of these designs. I guess like all things, even this must be kept in perspective. Still, we're humbled by the success of these goods over all and will continue on this path as long as you all continue to reward us with your business.:cool
Our goods are not for everyone, we certainly know and accept that but to those who are excited by what we're doing....they're usually that much happier when their packages arrive and can see just how ridiculously intense these goods truly are in person AND when worn.:thumbsup
Everything we do is meant to look like it walked off of the movie set....but this 'Fashion Statement' is not for everyone...and that's totally cool too!

Nevertheless...it does look like we've created a brand new fashion category.:lol

Simply put, the TRON LEGACY costume dept really did a phenomenal job with these new costume designs....and there's a lot of really appropriate character armor designs for our specific product philosophy....so this means we're not done yet.:angel

Functional wardrobe, 'fashion'....or costume inspired clothing really never goes out of style, so with some luck and your ongoing support we'll continue to bring these really cool characters to life as real world wearable 'Movie Replica' motorcycle suits.:thumbsup

why do you discontinue suits? when i first discovered UDR, I was really interested in the Batman suit, but you no longer made them.

Also, the Tron version of your newest suits, what is the blue material made of? whats the chance of getting/purchasing a sample?

Discontinued? We haven't discontinued anything ...the TDK sales closed last year and until further notice will remain closed, but we haven't discontinued them. Not at all. As our catalog of character suits, Licenses and products in general continues to grow, we need to ensure that any subsequent production of said goods will follow through as promised.
In other words we need to be able to guarantee production...always!

The TDK Batman Motorcycle suit is very complex, and even though you once referred to me as "salesman", I think we can all agree that the TDK Suit is very complex from a production stand point so before we can consider opening the sales for it yet again....we need to ensure that it can be produced alongside of all our other products...including Captain America:The First Avenger, Daredevil, Batman Begins NOMEX, the new TRON LEGACY goods and the new Star Wars line....not to mention all the other suits we currently offer. That's a lot, and we take our products, clients and production very seriously...so once our facilities are ready, things may open up again.:thumbsup
When we started with the TDK Batman suit, it was the only suit we offered, and now with 4 studio licenses later, and new products set to hit the website regularly on a monthly basis we have to manage who, how and what we're going to sell... and when.:cool

Still....you might be pleasantly surprised soon....:thumbsup

Regarding our TRON LEGACY suits, they're only available as finished goods. Sorry we don't piece out samples....but more info on the Rinzler and TRON suits coming soon!

Your TDK suit at SDCC 2010 was ridiculously impressive. It’s hard to compete with detailed molded carbon fiber. And while I’m not sure it’s possible to make better, more movie accurate suits than you do, TDK suit just out shines the others. I mean unless you’re going to make an iron man suit out of metal :/ Anywho, the Tron/Rinzler chest plate looks very, very promising!

Originally I was disappointed when the Sam/Quorra suits came out because I wanted a Rinzler or CLU suit. So I’m glad you’re finally making it. Kind of looking forward to seeing if there’s a black guard or CLU suit later down the road.

As for the Tron/Rinzler suit, I’ve already made an outfit that can change from orange to blue. I’d like to take that technology and apply it to the Tron/Rinzler suit, but I can’t buy a suit if I don’t know what materials I’m working with. Is it the same reflective material we saw on the Sam/Quorra suits?

Also, What time frame are you looking to ship the first group?

Again, this is motorcycle wear so we have to always focus on that product philosophy as part of the engineering process for all of our 'Movie Replicas'... with the end result being something that is fully functional and wearable for bike riders....while looking totally Bad A$$ at the same time.:thumbsup

Too soon to say what's to come after Rinzler and TRON, but CLU does remain highly requested.

I know the discs are molded leather, but how does the size compare to the deluxe identity disc sold by disney? And would it be possible to make the leather dent in instead of out so that a real disc could fit in there?
