wow congrats! at least you have a pair to put in a glass case and one to wear around
do you have any extra EL straps laying around
I had this feeling a couple of years ago when I bought my Marty McFly cap. I just think it is like that when you wanted something so bad and looked at it, talked about it, and finally comes to you, you think everyone will be so exited as you are, but no, everyone else is not.
I totally understand the frustration, but couple of weeks from now and you'll have forgotten.
I wear my cap like 100 days a year, and maybe 5 people will ask me about it. I really don't mind since it is a usual thing for me, so don't worry with you shoes bro, the essential part is you're happy with them![]()
I took these pics I like to show various unseen angles of the MAGs.

Yes cavx. That is correct.
This pics gives us an great view of how much we have to slim the toe. Maybe only RobertTX slimmed this much.

I agree. I tried to slime mine as much as possible without having a big gap, and here's my result. I don't think there is a way to have it look as slim as the RD.I did the flattest toe slim months back and have done it on every conversion.
The problem is that the v2 template is wrong and sticks too forward
Giving a slightly off look.
A scratch made upper rectified this though.
I have been asked how the materials on the V2's compare to the RD's. They are completely different. The upper material is more miniature "Chainmail" in appearance and the midsole is more spongy on the RD's. Personally, I like the materials on the V2's better. They are more rugged and durable.
On a BTTF related side note, I am finishing up a jacket for one of members here as well. I forgot how hard these jackets are...

Sweet Jacket bro, what glue do you use to secure the red material onto the jacket? Also, is that your members only jacket base?
I got my EL sheets in the mail the other day and tried to test them out through the 9v inverter but nothing happened...help?
