Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

If you don't get the shipment from any aliexpress seller within a certain timeline, the deal is cancelled and you get a full refund.

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

I'm assuming the purchase made from China Koko store was just to save $15?

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

Really? I emailed them messaged if they were in stock and he said yes. **** must go fast I guess.

Maybe it's just my size (12) or certain ones?

Jedifyfe's recommendation carries weight.

Yep, I agree.

It does seem safer than Shoesbag and Lebron and all those sites.

Aside from the lower initial price, I ordered 2 pairs and they give you a 10% discount on 2 or more. The total was $413 or $206.50 per pair. Can't beat that! :)

Guess I'll extend it and hope it's really 4-6 days.

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

How many hours are y'all getting out of the 9v setup? I'm assuming the 9v is rechargeable?

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

I ordered a pair this morning and got the same message from them. I suspect they are really short on stock because so many people just ordered at the same time? Jedifyfe's recommendation carries weight.

I told them that if it was going to take more than 5 days, to let me know immediately. They did reply with a "Yes, will do"..

I guess all we can do is wait..

I also got this message. Glad to hear i'm not the only one...

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

Also what are y'all using to block the light on the el panel between the two humps?

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

Brad, where did you get your display case for the mags? I would like to make/ purchase a similar one.
Thanks,
Matt

It was a custom case I had made about 7 years ago here in LA.

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

I really hope they restock. I'm going to be so disappointed if this is the last of them. Was there ever a time that they went out of stock and restocked them?

Re: Nike Mag V2 mod discussion and builds

With help from Jedifyfe, I've updated the diagram to show more accurate detail of the LED wiring. I think this is the best diagram thus far.

Not that I know of. It could be that these suppliers only ordered a certain number of shoes and have waited ordering more from the wherehouse until they were sold out.

Thank you.

thanks
that looks great

you know the seam at the inside bottom, whereabouts is it best to cut into it?

the bottom bit before the seam is glued, im trying to seperate that and to cut some of the thread seam off and then place the wire to the switch up through.

I cut it as close to the bottom as possible. I don't cut the seam but just cut the fabric along the bottom so I can reach my fingers inside to grab the wires that I install.
