Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

I have been waiting what is prob a month now for mine from Karen. I just keep getting asked if i can wait longer, and she keeps extending the buyer protection. She has great communication, ill give her that. In the meantime i would like to get my straps done ahead of time. Who else is currently taking that on?

Yea, mine finally shipped. So, what materials so i need to get ahead of time then? I ask incase someone has come up with something different since previous posts.

Fluxcapacitor - just make sure to try and minimise how much sun they get when you're not wearing them - the soles yellow quickly, us early adopters found. (I regret cleaning mine a few times and letting them dry in the sun now)

Hi guys, I'm newly registered but I've lurked here for a little bit and have been amazed by the details in the projects I've seen on here. I'm in the process of getting the parts needed to make my own Marty 2015 Jacket and I'm going to purchase a pair of the Air Mag's off of Karin's online store to complete my costume.

I'm planning on just displaying the items, but was planning on wearing them once this Halloween. The question I have is how big the knockoff Mag's actually run. I'm a size 14 US Sneaker, but I can squeeze into 13s. Karin at this time is sold out of size 13s but she does have 12s in stock. My question is if they truly do run a size too big as some have indicated, I think I can squeeze into them for a one time thing.

Again it's not absolutely critical that they fit like a glove as I don't intend to use them repeatedly, but I also don't want my toes exploding through the shoe. If by your experiences the sizes do run about a size small (11s fit like 12s, 12s fit like 13s etc), I may just bite the bullet and grab the 12s to ensure that I have them by Halloween.

Any input and opinions would be greatly appreciated

Not sure about a full size, but most def half a size too big. Will you mod them? You do lose some space for the toe mod and some more if you do the tongues.

I was thinking about fixing the LED if I could muster up the courage. As for the toe I can live with it being a little more rounded to maximize the space I have. I will possibly modify it after Halloween when I don't plan on wearing it anymore.

Thanks for the quick response!

If you are normally size 14, I'd hold out for her to have 13s back in stock. I'm normally a 12, and bought size 12 Mags, and they fit me fine. I wouldn't want them any smaller.

Have you checked with other sellers? Is "China Koko Store" still selling them?

I did. I finally bit and found a store with a high enough feedback rating with 13s in stock to feel at least semi comfortable about ordering. I was holding out for Karin because of her popularity and reported reliability, but she didn't have a timeframe for getting 13's back in stock so I decided to bite the bullet and throw my money into the endless black hole that is the Internet, hoping that a decent pair of knockoff Mag's come out of it for me.

Okay I've been reading and reading through all this and links are dead and pics are gone.
If you are going to just add the strap, where's a good place to get the right size EL Tape or sheet. I dont need the blueish green as i am leaving the original sole LED's in.

So my order was closed and I've been told by Aliexpress that my card won't be charged due to potential security issues, and to alleviate future security issues I need to send a picture of my credit card and license (which I'm not prepared to do). Anyone else have these similar problems during transactions through this website? I've skimmed a few of these Nike Mag threads and seen other people have the issue but I can't find the specific post for the life of me. How did you work around this problem? I already called my credit card company and they told me the hold wasn't on their end. How is Aliexpress customer service? Are they even worth trying to contact?

Any help would be appreciated

I believe this topic has come up before and they sent a picture of their credit card and all was good. But I guess if you do it, do it at your own risk

Not sure if you will have any luck getting a replacement V2 buckle however you can order a 99.9% accurate one from shapeways

https://www.shapeways.com/shops/clonepropstore

I would go for medium size if size U.S 10 or below and polished strong and flexible white for best results.
