When I get something without box it's usually a test shot. Can be the standard kit/sprues already, but box might not be finalised.

These are starting to come through thick and fast, now.
There are now 5 different listings on THAT auction site, and it seems with each new listing, the price is getting lower!

I noticed that as well. The first guy has also removed 'preorder' from his listing.

Yeah, looking at some of the quoted delivery dates, it would suggest some of the sellers are ready to post.
Could we see these landing on door mats before Christmas?
I'm not calling you out specifically Ben, but I will say there are probably people out there who will complain about this guy being a scalper but say nothing about the rich elite robbing the world blind because "it's just business." It's an interesting cognitive dissonance to me. The scalper put it at $250 because SOMEONE will pay it. Supply and Demand.
Looks like the supply is hitting the market. I think I'll wait until there's a surplus, and then bite.

Indeed, I can understand that, but for some model makers out there, $250 is pocket change and they'll gladly pay it without breaking a sweat. Same thing happens with new Xboxes or Playstations when they hit the market.
But how long will it take to arrive? I held off on buying any yet because it's saying January or Feb for delivery. Screw that.

Delivery is estimated between Jan. 24th and Feb 9th. I have never ordered anything from Russia before, so your guess is as good as mine. I figure at least three weeks, but would not be surprised if it is longer. Trust me, the day it arrives I'll have pictures up.
Your not going to get it any sooner the longer you wait. Shipping times will not speed up at all. You may get it quicker from Germany when ROG gets it, but then your waiting until April at least to order from Germany. Then you have to wait for it to be shipped from Germany!

I dunno. If an online hobby retailer gets it soon, I bet I can have them ship it to me before late Jan.
Doubtful, as far as any of us have been able to determine, Zvezda doesn't have rights to sell in the States.
However: Anything is possible... if it happens.
