Discovery’s crew awoke at 3:23 am EST. As Alexander Courage’s Theme from Star Trek played underneath, William Shatner said, “Space, the final frontier. These have been the voyages of the Space Shuttle Discovery. Her 30 year mission: To seek out new science. To build new outposts. To bring nations together on the final frontier. To boldly go, and do, what no spacecraft has done before.”

Because Chris Pine would have made NO ONE cry.

Those astronauts grew up with one James T. Kirk, and he was played by William Shatner. Not Chris Pine.

Bravo NASA, and ORIGINAL Captain Kirk!
You'll both always be class acts!:thumbsup
