As much as I would love to see the capital ships (ISD, Mon Cal, Nebulon-B, Blockade Runner [ROTS or ANH version? 
:lol ] ), I have a feeling those are a little out of the realm of possibility. And even if they did, they'd have to scale them down a lot, which would just lead to complaints of "It's not 'Studio Scale'.". MR can't win that fight.
Death Star... lol.... even less likely.
There are the "that's neat, if I had endless income and infinite space" ones, and then the "oh I gotta buy that, I don't care what I have to do" ones.
Gotta buy:
Falcon
TIE Fighter
Imperial Shuttle
Would be cool to see made, but I would only buy dependent on price/availability of those listed above:

Queen's Starship (TPM)

I didn't know there was a studio model of the Republic Star Destroyer. Wasn't that purely CG?
1st on my pie-in-the-sky list would be Imperial Star Destroyer, SS, ESB model (rather than the little ANH 3-footer that MR would be more likely to do), and fully lit.
2nd would the a SS Executor, fully lit, with matching scale ISD.
At this point, I would have to buy a multi-story house with high vaulted ceilings, so I could hang the Star Destoryers from the ceiling with the Executor scaled ships high above (and preferably at eye level from a 2nd or 3rd story overlooking loft), and the ESB SD lower, so that when viewed from below it would give a sense of forced perspective...
Guess I should go pick up some lottery tickets. :lol

Vader's TIE
Speeder bike. ( MR could realy exploit this one. Regular edition with trooper, retail exclusive with Luke, collector's socitey with Leia )
Naboo Fighter 1/24 scale. I know I'm in the minority in this one.

I'm not sure that the Star Destroyer would lend itself well to MR's Studio Scale line. In order to do the model justice detail wise, it would have to be HUGE.. Anything less than that would take away from it, imo.
...and can you imagine the price point of doing a 5ft Star Destroyer?

From the models that definitely are in a realistic size range to be released as SS models, my favorites would be:
X-Wing
B-Wing (although this one surely will never be released )
Slave-1 (ESB)
Seeing those with pilots and working engine lights would be great :love
