I am not sure when they started but I know it was there May 4th. The reason is so the flood of customers does not crash their servers as has happened in the past. Lots of limited collectibles posted on site and not just Star Wars related.

They really need to remove the sold out items from the site.

I just received the Emperors robes , size L/XL and seem to be about the correct size for a display. I am empresses with the weight of the set and construction. I know it’s not exact but will do. Now I need to find or make the hands.

I had my first trip to Galaxy’s Edge during Star Wars Nite the week of Celebration. I had planned on picking up a bunch of stuff in the park, but the line for Dok’s was INSANELY long! I was with a few friends who frequent Disney, and they said they have never seen it that bad. Given the limited time we had, I chose to forego waiting in line for merch so we could experience the rest of the park.

I was lucky enough to be walking through the market place toward the end of the evening, and managed to pick up one of the new camtonos. Pretty sweet for $50!

They’re my favorite by far. Thick, heavy, great casts. There is no protective coatings on them so they will scratch. Since I was flying, I threw the six boxes away and put the coins in a zip lock bag, the TSA agent pulled me aside and dug through them, so yeah, they’ll scratch. But…that adds to the “across the galaxy” look of them.

They were listed on the morning of 31 May, the same day the Obi Wan Series legacy lightsaber was listed. The Camtono did not sell out in 5 minutes like the lightsaber but it did sell out in a few hours. Mine will be arriving Thursday.
