Nothing like props or anything yet, Anovos hasn't even released their helmet yet so the park doesn't have it. They have a few shirts and what not that they have had since before the show aired but nothing new since.

Well "IF" Galaxy's Edge starts selling them then I would assume they would actually have them on hand like they do the Poe, First Order Stormtrooper, Tie and Kylo Ren helmets from Anovos. But I do know what you mean with Anovos not shipping things in a timely fashion...or at all.
 
I bit the bullet and bought the one thing I really wanted from GE on eBay, the Kowakian monkey lizard puppet. I read they retail for $69, so I wasn't too upset getting mine for $105 shipped. I went with the classic Salacious B. Crumb color scheme. I'll do a review when it arrives, though I doubt I'll do much better than the YouTube reviews.

Success!! My friend went back to the park on Friday and picked me up a set of L/XL (she said she had to practically fistfight someone to grab the last set in my size). They fit pretty darned good, except the sleeves seem a tad long. I'm 5'8" in stocking feet so with dress shoes on, the robes just barely clear the ground. I plan on suiting up using my Gotham boots, and they're a tad taller. Not canon, I realize, but good enough for gov't work...

These really are a quality item. I just hope it's not 100 degrees next Halloween (it can be here in Southern California); I might just pass out if it is.
 
Got my monkey lizard puppet in the mail over the weekend.
It's a bit smaller than I expected, the videos made it look bigger.
It's not very loud and the head articulation isn't as wide as I hoped.

I'm not disappointed in it, it still looks great. He's currently chilling on my Gonk, but I'm going to incorporate him into my next Mandalorian costume.
 
I picked up both earlier today after I learned about them. Unfortunately as we are checking out of Disney tomorrow I opted to have them shipped home from the store so I won't be able to get better pics until the new year

Got back form Disneyland a few days ago myself and I have to say, the Jedi accessory set is one of the coolest things you can get there. It's got so many awesome goodies in it. I managed to snag pretty much everything on my list, too... Two sets of binders, Sabacc, the wooden Dejarek board, the matching game, japor snippet necklace, RC MSE droid, Max Rebo and Figrin D'an instruments, a Loth cat, the blue monkey lizard, chance cubes, Han's lucky dice, a Yoda cane, Yoda lamp, my custom droid and custom lightsaber, a Jedi holocron... I snagged a second Spira coin, too.

But the Jedi set is definitely one of my favorite purchases. The binders are pretty nice, too, and the instruments are fun. And my lightsaber is pretty sexy, if I do say so myself...

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but while playing Jedi: Fallen Order I noticed that a lot of the lightsaber hilt pieces you can get in the game are the pieces from Savi's Workshop in Galaxy's Edge. I noticed that a lot of the shrouds and switches and such in the game are the same ones from the park. So, in theory, you could build something of a replica of one of the custom lightsaber sets in the game with park parts. I was customizing my lightsaber in-game and noticed... "hey, I have those same parts on my GE lightsaber!"

I guess Cal made his lightsaber at Galaxy's Edge. :p

(Note that the default lightsaber from the game isn't available in GE, just the parts you find in containers and collect.)

Well these parts may become available at a later time... im sure they will switch these parts out for new ones to keep Savi's a fresh attraction
