MCU Spider-Man - 3D Print Files/Pattern - FREE

These are the Web shooters I purchased. I feel they were closer in design but adding together both Kens and this guys would create the most screen accurate one.

Here is an image:

It has two holes on either side for straps and is about hand size

Has anyone actually made the suit yet. Ken is a freaking hell of a guy, followed the Raimi style suit thread, where print file was given away for free, but I saw no actually finished suits, and that thread went on for a looooong time. Any progress made guys?

As promised...

Layered version 4 now available... all 2.31 GB.
(not the most organised file, but everything IS there including muscle shading and dirt layers.)

Is this a hyperlink? Because I can't seem to open or view it... or is the file in a different location?

Screenshot 2016-06-25 17.15.07.pngI've just reworked Kens awesome Pattern. I made the red a bit more intense and also changed the front spider to a version i prefer more (as u can see in the picture) and i think this one is a good compromise between the actual movie, ken's version and my favorite version that i have found on the internet. If anybody wants and it's ok for Ken, i can upload the .jpg maybe.

Did you use this?View attachment 5FuL1nD.jpg
I think it's more accurate than the one on Ken's pattern now.

Yes, thats the one i used, i just adjust the lower legs a bit and made the whole spider just a bit thinner. As Faizan already wrote it here. And now i think this one looks pretty accurate to the movie

I threw together a quick comparison of the Spidey emblem. The top one is a wallpaper, then there's Ken's awesomeness, then a crop of a screencap of the "hey captain" scene and then the lowest being the "hey everyone" scene. I kinda feel like the logo's bottom half in Ken's file should be a little wider?

Just ordered all the parts. Should have it done in the next 2-3 weeks. Will post something when done.

Hey guys, new RPF member here (just because of this thread!)

The file for the suit says to go onto fabricondemand.com/ken/landrum.html, but the file preview they provide there doesn't seem to match any versions Kenlandrum has made, which I double checked. Did they edit it? Should I send the most updated file to them to ensure accuracy? I must admit, the ones Ken has made so far are of much higher quality!

Also, I'm anxiously waiting for the dynamic lenses to be designed and released, but I was wondering how I might attach them to the face mask? I am not a man of many trades, which is why I'm not sewing this together myself lol

This is my first time as a member of a forum like RPF and my second time ever cosplaying so I apologize in advance if I've done or said anything wrong

Also, thank you so very much for creating this awesome thread Kenlandrum! The amount of time and energy you've saved me is inconceivable!

Those are just examples showing Ken's other work. They're completely different suit patterns so you will have to upload the Civil War pattern yourself in order to print it :), there will be like a "create costume print" or something then like "upload suit pattern" Hope this helps

iv'e got 16 more pics, you can find them on looper, this is the homecoming suit but it doesnt look too different from the civil war one

same as I said in the other thread you started, as literally about to jump on here and post the pics.

There's the link to the article E60flip345 got them from, for those who want it.

CAN'T WAIT to make one of these baddies for myself at some point. :)

Same here. I was going to have the TASM2 suit be my first, even getting a pair of lenses from TJack and 3D printed webshooters off Shapeways, but then I HAD to wait and see what the MCU version of Spidey was going to look like. Now, it feels like it HAS TO BE this one. It's a great blend of classic and unique (plus, there's always the potential to still switch things up by using the TASM2 lenses if desired).
