Matsuo is the BEST!

Some of you may know some of you may not, still others may not give a damn... :D

I've been working for the past few months on building out a small warehouse space to use for a shop trying to divide my time between work and build out. I've done most of the work myself save for the help of my good friend Tony. So now I'm at the point where I can start moving my stuff in.
I've been moving non essential items in the past several weeks but this weekend I'm breaking down the core of my shop and moving all the rest of it.

It will be so good to be able to work in my own dedicated space, that is neither basement nor garage, plus I can wark till all hours and not worry about disturbing the family with my dremel tool and air compressor antics, (not to mention table saw...shudder...)

So I plan on making a good run at this prop building nonsense, I've got few excuses left, so I'm hoping this will mean greater productivity and faster turn around times.

So here goes nothing!

"Leeeroooyyy Jenkins!!!!!11!11111!!!"

I haven't bought anything from Matsuo--yet--but hope to someday. Your work, sir, is amazing.

Oh, and when your funds allow, you might want to invest in a "SawStop" table saw. :cool

Where is the shop going to be?

I remember years ago at the St. Louis prop party walking into that warehouse at the Lemp brewery and thinking I had just stumbled into an illegal arms deal. Matsuo's stuff is a little TOO perfect if you know what I mean. I expect SWAT or the ATF to show up at any moment.

:lol

It's over on Park behind SLU and Cardinal Glennon off Grand.

It's very small compared to what we had at the Lemp, but I dont have to share the space with anyone.
It's a real shame about that place, we had such big plans for it. We lost it to developers then the economy went to $h1t and they lost their shirts on the deal...serves 'em right...:angry

I would love to come by and be an extra set of hands on a project sometime. The techniques you guys use amaze me and I would love to learn them.

Have to agree that Matsuo is great and does awesome work. I STILL get compliments when I am carrying my S1 BSG pistol while wearing my flight-suit.

I also would love to get my hands on one (or two...) of his Halo SMGs some day.
