Master Chief!

What a great looking helmet. My daughter would be demanding one, if she saw this thread.

Kind regards

Thanks guys - appreciate it:)

The base is Pepakura using the #110 cardstock (actually, 220GSM Vellum paper) - used to make calling cards.
For the details - various thickness of illustration board. If thicker details are needed, I laminate cards together.
I also use card in the interior- most specially if I need to cut the Pepakura for deeper details.

I am in awe at your talent
The helmet and the fiberglass mold that the helemt was made from
are both works of art. For me to just say Super Job just does not do it.,

I cannot wait to see the rest of the armor parts
and the molds that will make them.

OMG :eek :eek :eek

That is Fracken fantastic work I love it
I have to ask, Is the upper body armor one piece
if so it looks like it would be hard to get into.

Looking forward to seeing more

The torso is pulled in one piece, but will be cut in two parts -front & back.
Both shoulders will probably be strapped with a nylon belt so it could be opened & closed - worn like a tshirt, while both sides have flanges to accept velcro.

Truly awesome work! Time well spent and nothing wasted on this project!! Look forward to seeing how the AR rifle turns out.

Quick question here. What are you using for a releasing agent?

I have been following this thread and I have to say that your work is unreal! Beautifully done. I can only hope to create something half as good. Thanks!
