Yes. I am a size 11US and I can fit in them. They are tight though and not great for everyday use.

I understand what you mean.

My feet need US-size 10 ½ or 11 (depending on the shoe brand). I will get Mark's shoes within the next few weeks and check if they fit. I will report back to you.

For the money the K-Mags aren't bad and can be modified nicely. I'll probably start with that and then work on making my own. :)

Here
are my US10 K-MAGs (originally white with black soles) after being painted grey and having clear soles added. The set on the right are US8 and have only being painted.

What paint did you use?

The color willen t clear with the time?

I used this.

The clear soles are cold cast clear elastomer and unless you have a vacuum chamber, don't waste your coin. This set, as you seem them, cost me almost $300 and are full of bubbles, hence why the fake EL looks cloudy.

Yes, nice with your modification, i think i will try first with this shoes, there aren t expensive, waiting the rapport...
Can you post other picture?
Thanks!!!

What kind of pics you want exactly, what parts you want to see ?

And, i'm french too, if you want to speak in our language you can send me a PM ?

Even if the Mark Poon Mags don't fit they look really great as display shoes. Just look at Brad's set up. They even got rented out for a photo shoot.

Agree. They are a great display prop. The ONLY things I have changed on my MP MAGs are the Ankle Buckle and Strap. I would like to make up some clear soles at some point too. I doubt if I will tackle toe correction on them anytime soon.

The toe correction is really easy. Took me all of 15 minutes to do it. Mostly coz I was pulling out the show form which actually does not need to be done anyway. D'oh.

The paint? That was less than $15 and is a little too dark.

If you are talking about the soles, then yes, $300 is allot for one pair of soles. However, now that I have a Vacuum Chamber, sole patterns that can be laser cut from 3mm perspex, I think the same amount of Cold Cast Clear Elastomer would do at least 6 pairs. Now that $300 is down to $50.

The 3M reflective tape I used to fake the EL was just $4.00, so pretty cheap and there is enough for about at least 6 to 8 pairs plus strap logos as well.

Really, you can leave it in there?

For the patterns i just have used chavant to take the print on the original and casted with translucent silicone !

Cost : less than 20 $ :)
