This concludes this build summary. I still have a desire to finish the Gyro Captain, and will continue to work on the components as time permits, even though I no longer have anyone to wear it. Hopefully I can create a pattern for the coat and finish the head gear and goggles. If I do, I will continue to post here.

I'm late to the party (as usual), but fantastic work! My son is 8 and wants to be the Feral Kid for the upcoming Wasteland Car Show (he already has the hair), so I came looking for some costume references. You've done a man's job, sir.

Here's what I ended up throwing together (mostly the morning of the event with lots of hot glue):





The best part: The original Feral Kid (Emil Minty) and Lord Humungus (Kjell Nilsson) have both "liked" my son's picture on Facebook.
