Looks like the arrow LEDs from KR Sabers won't fit unless they are sanded down.

Several hundred strokes later with some 2000 grit sandpaper and it's a fit...

Hey @knullzero ! Looks like the Cathode is showing through a bit there. It looks like there's enough height in those LEDs to just notch the plastic above the anvil and post in order to leave a little shelf behind the plate to help hold them in place from the backside of the plate. If you don't have a set of micro files, you could just fold up some sandpaper into a thin 1/4" long bar and use that like a file!
Can't wait to see this lit up!
that looks sweet! and those are KR's led's?
Hey @knullzero ! I'm glad my suggestion worked out for you! Get that anonde on the Red LED facing the anonde on the Green LED and it'll look fantastic!
Hey@Romans Empire ! Where did you find the Red Triangle LEDs? All I've been able to find is the Green ones!!!
Hey knullzero ! Do you mean the holes on the Roman's Control Box for this run are isosceles triangles or the Triangle LEDs are isosceles that need to be shaped into equilateral triangels? The triangles are isosceles and not equilateral so the filing has to be just right.

I've been working on triangular holes for a TCSS Control Box, and going off a 1:1 print of the Luke ROTJ Hero, and the triangles on that print are equilaterals with the height being 11/64".
Thank you for the links, I am familiar with those. I was just curious what else was out there. I found a Panasonic Triangular LED at Digikey in Green, but it glows yellow-green / chartreuse-ish. It's too bad it's kinda ugly when lit because it has a beautiful Coke-Glass, soft green color when it isn't lit.
Got mine today! Started by using light coats of aluminum black rubbed in just to age it a bit. I’m gonna let it sit for another day before I decide if I want to coat it again! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180116/fd196ebf4e9fd6e132f6fac61060db2a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180116/854b0ca57931512f0c24571cc36d49f6.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180116/9d5952a1c6a19997d38ced95745759fa.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180116/6291ed099baf03f5f3584ddd03e809c3.jpg
IMHO both the arrows and the steel plate need to be revised. The shape and the placement aren’t quite right... We would need a whole new steel plate to fit the correct arrows.Anyone know where more accurate red/green triangles can be purchased? Do not require LED's as this is going to be a static prop
