You are correct on everything, it was painted with a paint gun and had clear coat after that. I don't know what the paint is called in English, but an aproximate translation would be 'acrylic bilayer' metallic car paint (and it uses a very stinky solvent)

I was thinking of doing a Lady Loki from Thor Reborn and she has a crown rather than a helmet:

Well, it doesn't have sides but for practicality it'd need some sidey bits to sit on my head without falling out...

This is truly beautiful. How much are you going to be selling the raw kits for? Since shipping would be a ***** to the states fully assymbled.

$200 for a raw kit (helmet and both horns)
$300 for a trimmed, fixed and sanded kit with unattached horns
$600 for a completely assembled, primmed and ready to paint helmet
$800 for a fully finished and painted helmet (using a very good quality metallic car paint)
All these prices include international shipping
