My take on Luke putting down the model and it shifting is that maybe the three brass rods were bent downwards to elevate them a little, and when set down hard one of them rotates upwards. Not really breaking.
Looking good. That was quick. Your right about the squeeze bottle. I'll have to look into those syringes.Back at it! Second time is a charm and quicker too!
For anyone that’s just starting this kit, in addition to the 1-2-3 blocks Blitzkrieg recommended (which I can’t imagine building without) get yourself some blunt tip syringes. WeldOn-3 comes out of the included needle tip bottle like a firehose compared to the precision from applying the glue with a syringe. You can get a pack of them on Amazon.
It’s time to start adding greeblies!

Ya that's one i didn't think about. He did set it down pretty hard.My take on Luke putting down the model and it shifting is that maybe the three brass rods were bent downwards to elevate them a little, and when set down hard one of them rotates upwards. Not really breaking.
Ya a good guess. You know after watching it again. It looks like maybe the table has open slats on its surface and possibly a leg fell through?Hmmmm. At first I thought the stand broke loose and went up through the model but maybe one of the legs bent.
I likey! Who should I be throwing my money at?
Sweet!Me when I get them, but the balls might be another couple weeks. I’m thinking I’ll have it all ready to go after the holidays. I hate shipping in December.
Very nice!
Very cool. Looking good. After a crazy busy week of work I was finally able to sit down and enjoy some crunchy, greebly goodness. It’s starting to look more “Star Warsy”.

Nice! You’re cranking! It’s greebly time!
Very nice. Clean Construction
Looking good. Ya, it seems like that section can be a little tricky.Started working on the front! Be sure that you incorporate parts T5 (acorn nuts) into the build sequence. They’re tucked back there and easily overlooked as evident by the marks from popping off parts to get back there. View attachment 1641513
