Larbel Obi Saber help

I'm replacing the red resin button and gold knob on my Larbel V1 Obi TPM saber.

Anyone know where I could get a good gold knob that I think I read is a bike valve. It should have some kind of purple thing in the middle.

The bike valve doesn't have a purple thing in the middle naturally :lol

But the valves are out there- I just can't remember which particular eBay seller has them. They're pretty cheap, too.

It's not a valve,but the screw on accessory to inflate.

In the middle you can put a round cut amethyst like they did on z Obi Wan saber.

Looks a little bit like the one on the left up.
For the Amethyst
It's a fecetted stone,but you can choose a cabochon too.
I have one here,but a french,from Auvergne.
I have many other stones,waiting for a special use...
I would mount it on a obi saber,but seems it's really hard to find...
I think you have to find the valve adapter,then measure,and finally find a 7,8,9 or bigger amethyst crystal.

Here is just the best for me,accurate,really good quality built,and...electronic inside^^

The only problem with that one being that it's so rare that chances of getting one are about zero. Even the non-electronic ones that Starkiller and Acerocket made were done in an extremely small run.

Makes me think I should send Dan a PM and see if we can get another run of these done...

have you tried giving Roman a shout for the valve screw? If i recall correctly, he was the one who did the valves for the Starkiller run of the obis (of which i am a prowd owner ^_^, tis the grail of my collection i tell you!)

Okay, Got a valve from Stormpath and a red metal button on the way from the custom saber shop.

Now, On the three beveled bolt looking things just above the valve and red button. They have a drilled out area. On the later ones they seemd to be filled in with something. I know the super accurate one has some clear stuff so the blade light comes through.


Anyone know what it is on the real prop???

Honestly it looks like hot glue that is poored in then sliced off level.

I believe on the real prop they were clear LEDs that had been sanded down. The surrounds were LED bezels.
