First two I came across to show the inside sprayed and outside isn’t.

You got that the wrong way round. It is yellow at the back showing between the AM plugs and mesh, but lightly sprayed black on the wearer's side.

I don't have all the parts yet but I have no plans on doing runs.

I'm getting ready to redo my reveal helmet as well, does anyone know where i can get the vocoder block or if anyone has a file to print one?

Got most of the linkages in their correct positions. Drilled holes for the retaining rivets.

Where did you get those Metal Parts from? Not the Glen Ross Dental Expanders or the Dinodes but the OTHER Metal parts?

Linkages now permenantly attached and a few more parts. Some of these parts are now missing from the original prop so you have to look at some really old reference photos to see what it was like before they fell off.

Also I DO think they sprayed the INSIDE of the foam that is showing through the back side? NOT the side that will be in contact with the wearer...
But the OTHER Side where you see it through the Mesh and The Opening in the Adjustment Screw area?!

I tried to have some etching done at the Scottish photo etching firm I use and they couldn’t get it right

they did these, they look ok with a couple of coats of primer and paint on as it thinned the lettering out, but thinner lettering would have been better to start with
