im 160lbs, 5'9 athletic shape. let me know if this will fit because i dont really know how to scale with pep..

Hi JF, now I've finished my Iron Man suit for Halloween (thanks to your files) my wife has decided I need to make her something, we decided on the Pink ranger so I've had a go at a Pink Ranger helmet.
I used the pep file in the above thread, all the peps are paper for I believe, I had an attempt at converting the pink to foam in a style similar to yours as it seemed quite foam friendly already, it hasn't come out too bad but I only used a spare sheet of thin foam so its pretty floppy, I'll likely build it again when my new foam arrives so it holds its shape better.
I'd like to build the full set or at least the original 5 MMPR helmets but I have no idea where to start on converting the others as they look quite complicated.
I've posted all the helmets below, I believe they are originally from dungbeetle and EyeofSauron from reading the thread.
Is there any chance you could convert them to be foam friendly? Also could you give your opinion on if you feel there is much modding to be done to the Pink helmet I've already done?
Here is a link to the Pink file I've already tried to convert to foam (this isn't the version I've used, I've modded it since building to reduce cut lines and make larger pieces for a neater/smoother finish)

I'm happy to see someone using his skills on "foam templating". I'm sure you can enhance your pink template. Mod it deeper, think you're not pre-taping a paper unfold, but you're creating a foam unfold. So don't be shy, don't be influenced by a previous work aiming a different material. Just think "foam" and break the paper-pep rules. For that, the quickest way is to click "undo unfold" and start reflecting from a blank work.
I'm 150lbs for 5'10...
Well I'd say, roughly add 5 or maybe up to 10 % for the cod/abs part, also for the boots so your shoes can fit in them, and set everything else to 24.5 or 24.6
It should go pretty well.

going back to making weapons, there are plenty of Space Marine weapons about but not many for the other races in 40K
As Eldar tech is mostly "sung" into being from Wraithbone it has an organic flowing feel to it, which should lend itself to a foam build.a Shuriken Catapult would be nice,
However I've yet to come across a pep file for any eldar weapons, so far, there may well be some

I've tried several times with the red ranger helmet today trying to convert to foam and I can't do it, I don't think I have the skills you do JF. The Pink ranger helmet was much less parts, the red and all the others I just can't get to grips with converting to foam
