Hey Indy - have you sold these to any Canadians by chance?
Wondering if there would be any issues with customs.

Also, curious if you would have any interest in, say, making ones with aircraft aluminum blades or interchangeable blades so as to be more suited towards fencing/duelling. (A review of your sword said the blade may be damaged if used in a sword fight)

I recently sent two of these unassembled, so that's about all we could do (so you could create your own removable pommel for changing our your own blades). Keep in mind that the run is done, so once these sell out, there will be no more. So, if you're interested... don't wait too long.

This sword really is great. I recently got ahold of mine (it arrived very promptly after I ordered it, but I was out of town and got separated from it for a while). I've owned 4 different versions of the sparrow cutlass over the years, and this one is absolutely the best overall. Just wonderful.
If you're on the fence, it's well worth it to grab one. I don't even have a Captain Jack outfit anymore, but I still dressed up a little after unpacking the box. Felt it was only right.

It's a lovely piece.

Well, with seconds and lost shipments in Russia, and factory +/- variances... the run has come up under 100 swords, so I'm down to my last one. This one is now at auction. I started it at 99c, so you could get this sword for a song:
