Mine arrived this week. Awesome and love it.
Been waiting all my life to hold one of these! Anyone have suggestions or directions on how the frog and scabbard arrangements with the two hooks attach to a belt and where to source such a belt? Indy, have you thought about making a belt to go with?

No plans on making a belt, but the frog should be able to hook onto any belt, really. Since the strap lengths are adjustable, you can hook directly to your belt or off the front buckle and rear buckle (or add a d-ring to the back in lieu of a second buckle).

Thanks for answering so fast. Is the metal clip on the scabbard near the top intended to be oriented as a shown in the website picture? Facing outwards and clipped over the upper Frog straps?

What is shown on the site is the correct layout. You can then just adjust the length of the straps to get the angle of hang you want for the sword & scabbard.
