i guess you dont misc. youre blazing through this build and your cardboard skills look great, much cheaper than foam and sturdier than paper.

just a box cutter. I've yet to break the blade down another notch yet since I bought this thing.

I made some Cardboard Iron Man Repulsor Gauntlets as a test.
I'm not sure if I'm happy with them though.
I may sculpt these off my own hand cast as I think it will be easier in general to do.

Man, the scale and fit looks perfect. Working on suits like this for so long, like you have, must take most of the guess work out. Keep the updates coming the suit is looking great.
