I'm asking for more niceness/friendliness from those here; you're not. That's it. It has nothing to do with an act of Congress, and attempting to compare my request (that's all it was, a request) to a law banning certain activities is silly, at best.
And for the record, I've never once reported a post. If I see something I don't like, I ignore it, which is probably what I should have done this time, as I think the intent and message of a great many posts in this thread have been misconstrued. :lol

Well being educated by everyone sure is enlightening. I am learning quite a bit about trolling and treating others with disrespect all the while miles away and safe behind a computer screen. Seriously I am here because I enjoy props. I am not here to view hot chicks threads or degrade others who post innocent things. I find it enlightening that people get bombarded by negativity with innocent little posts such as this one. However multiple pages of objectifying half naked women meets with 100% positivity. Really? Because half naked women halve been known forever online and absolutely have nothing to do with prop collecting unless of course you count fake boobs as prop replicas?
