Homeland

Actor D.Lewis was seen on the set of Homeland being shot in South Africa...Daily Mail U.K. a week ago:eek
My options:
1. He's back, 'cause the Iranians wants to turn him.
2. Simple flash-backs needed for the show (with little details added on for good measure).
3. He's a ghost helping Carrie's next mission.
4. None of the above.

5. Life Model Decoy ... oh wait, wrong thread

Quite a turn of events in the current season of Homeland. But I found this detail quite amusing.

My hometown Mangalore was one of the cities in the departures list at Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Pakistan in the recent episode.

The name East India Airlines is fictitious, but I am surprised they listed Mangalore, that too highlighted in red. Nice little easter egg likely by someone in the production team.

It's probably the first time I've seen the city being referenced on a American TV series. I have seen Bangalore on other shows/movies but never Mangalore. The creature "Mangalores" exists in The Fifth Element but it's not really a direct reference.

It's been a great season of Homeland. Last Sunday's episode was incredible! Four seasons in and the story lines seem to be getting stronger!
