Homemade Billy the Puppet Prop UPDATE #2

There has been a change of plans..... I'm, unfortunately, not going to use the clay sculpture, and that's MAINLY due to getting cold feet, OCD. I have decided to go for sake of "screen-accuracy", but not from a lineage mold. I instead found a FREE STL Filed 3D model on Thingiverse that was digitally sculpted, I believe, in ZBrush, if I'm not mistaken, using ONLY still images from the films. I don't know if it is up to parr, texture-wise, but if not, there's nothing that good old-fashioned, water-thinned PVA glue and paper towels can't fix. The 3D Printed head will serve as the alternative to my own sculpted head, which I'm going to, as I said, mold in silicone and supported with a plaster & burlap OR fiberglass and resin mother-mold to create a liquid-plastic raw pulled casting . I actually learned lot of these molding methods by watching Steven Richter on YouTube. And I need to be sure the head is going to be scaled to accuracy as possible, is there anyone who wouldn't mind taking dimensions of their Billy Puppet to report back? It would definitely help me. Thank You! :) P.S. The video seen with this post is of the 3D Model of Billy's head I will use, which I opened in Blender to show.

Update on Billy's head: I edited the head by slicing off the "neck area" then sliced the front and back of Billy's head, creating a little two-piece "Jigsaw puzzle" to put together once it is 3D-Printed. The reason why I edited the model to be two pieces is because the whole model of the head couldn't fit the printing bed, thus would need to be a two-part 3D-Print. But I have a question for those answer.... How big was the screen-used Billy puppet head? I tried to search online and all the answers were and are very inconsistent. Can anyone help me out? I would be grateful with whatever help I can get.

Update on the measurements: I think I was wrong and a bit of inconsistencies with the math here when I said the measurements I calculated on Billy's head as 7.413" x 9.234"; Billy's noggin seemed a bit too big for the puppet that he is.....However, I did hear through the grapevine on Reddit that there was A screen-used Billy puppet head, kept in a 8" x 8" display case. Soooo..... maybe it's about 8" x 7"? I don't know. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and hope I it turns out closer than I anticipated. Wish me luck.... (Crossed-Finger and Clover Emoji)
