Help!!! power up or charging sound needed

Hi i have scoured the net trying to find a sound similar to a camera flash charging or power up so basically a slowly increasing whine can anyone help me with this?

I checked the freesound project, I found a few things that may be useful, but I'm afraid they may be too deep to be considered a "whine." Maybe you could increase the speed or something to get a higher pitch? Anyway, here they are:

I did a quick web search with the following keywords "camera flash charging sound file" and came up with this:

Click on the play arrow just above the waveform to hear it. If you want to download the file you have to register.

EDIT: I see that DarthWaffles has listed the same web site, but not the same file. The one that I have listed is of an actual camera flash charging.
