A SA Ministry propaganda poster I put together from scratch. I'm pretty happy with the way the half-tone dots turned out in this one. They don't show up too well in this image but they're there.

I love it Bfd. Ministry Propaganda is all really eye-catching. I thought you would find a way to sneak that Magic is Might logo in there somewhere!:lol

Is it just my imagination, or did someone post here once their own tutorial about applying gold leaf? :) Can't find it, but I've found some imitation gold leaf stuff at my local craft store that I'm itching to try. :)

I also don't know if this is of use to anyone, but I just found this Chudley Cannons poster on Tumblr:

One of the better quality versions I've seen, text is much easier to make out at the bottom.

Thanks HL1 but the Ministry M is just the standard M without the text as appears in the original Stamp Out prop.

Thanks for sharing that bfd. It's a fun one.

Welcome. I agree, there is something really simple and fun but catchy about these propaganda posters.

Here is my version of the Chudley Cannons poster that I made some time ago. It's not very big or perfectly accurate, but you are welcome to improve or tweek it for your personal use.

I have a scan of that poster from the limited edition of page to screen, I got from HPwiki. I'll upload it later if I remember- I'm at the library right now.

also, last week I made 2 Quibblers, the fuge one and the Spectrespecs one, with inside pages from Mllesvenskah's scans. I'll post photos of those as well, they turned out quite nicely.

I know this might seem alittle off topic but over this last weekend I had a big prop party that I co-hosted at one of the cons I was at. Some of the Harry Potter props I have have and worked on with lots help from other people here went on displayed for the first time. Here is just a small part of the props party that where on display this weekend for march 1-3 2013

That's fantastic! All those Potter paper props look really great on the wall. A lot like the studio tour :D

Here are the pics of my Quibblers, made using inside pages from Mllesvenskah's scans, and covers also from this thread.

I've also ttached a pic of the chudley cannons poster from the limited edition of page to screen, I got the pic from HPwiki.

I'm going on holiday on friday, I'll be back in a week and a half!

Not trying to cause trouble here but...strange way to word that Norbert. It sounds like it was all your work with some input from various others when I actually see many props that were singularly created by members of this forum (several of mine for sure). Certainly you printed them out and aged some them but hopefully credit was given where due.

Anyway, I was looking through my "dead prop" pile and found a Lily Potter note i had started but never finished.

Here's a blank version with new, original font Lily Potter header and a cleaned up version of the letter with no background or trademarks. The letter looks to be handwritten and finding a font to match has proved difficult so a cleaned version will have to suffice for now.

@decat, very nice Quibblers

Lovely quibblers decat! Will we be seeing anymore images of your inside pages? Or will you even put them up here for everyone in the forum? Also great work bfd. Its nice to return after a while to many new amazing props.

I've finally bought the limited edition Page To Screen and I'm very excited. I was going to scan some images but seems that someone else managed to get that covered. If you're in the UK and want to buy it, you should ship it from America because it shaves off about £130 from the UK Amazon price even including shipping. Just a tip.

Has anyone heard about the new covers for the American paperbacks. I think the first one looks great so I rushed off to buy the hardcover versions with Mary GrandPré's covers so that I'd have the old and the new if I decided to buy them. Anyone else looking to buy the new editions. I'm not sure if they're adding anything new .. I thought I read that somewhere but can't seem to remember where.

Sadly, I don't think I'll be able to actually complete my Monster Book of Monsters inside pages project or even my Fantastic Beasts due to lack of time. Such a shame as it would have been great to put inside the replica that comes with Page To Screen. If anyone else is working on this please let me know. I'd be very interested.

Thanks to Decat and PotionMistress for posting the Chudley Cannons pictures, I have now updated my version of the Seeker Weekly.

The picture of the Cannons has had to be cobbled together from multiple sources and unfortunately their lower halves are blurred, but unless I can get a Hi-Res version of the complete picture used on the original prop, I think this is going to be the best I can do.

I have also attached PNG of the Adverts from the back, if anyone wants to use them for thier own work, be my guest.

PDF & Multiple PNG's attached.
