SNAPE FANS CHECK OUT THIS LINK

Here's a link I stumbled across just now that all Snape fans should look through.

I just scanned it but it looks to be a story a couple of guys wrote about an alternate ending for Snape.

Didn't read it all but it looks interesting. It says its about 49,000 words so a fair amount of writing involved. It definitely has an adult tone to it.

Wait just a cotton pickin' minute. Your member name is Gryffindor1991 but...your house is Ravenclaw? What's up with that? :lol Explanation is...

there is a simple explanation for that :) Originally I wanted to be a Gryffindor even though I knew I was a Ravenclaw. I used Gryffindor in all of my usernames and everything. Then I took a few sorting quizzes and realized that I really am a Ravenclaw, so I've been using Ravenclaw in everything ever since.

Where is it being sold ;o
The diadem? :lol no where yet that I know of. Noble is bound to have it soon hopefully!

Hello Hinkypunk,
First of all, i would like to thank you for all of your hard work! I know that you must have taken a long long time and effort making these replicas, your very talented!
It annoys me when some people criticise your work because it is not 'perfect' but by seeing the quality of your work, i would like to see them try and have a go.
Just a small request, could you please please make a Hogwarts acceptance letter with a blank space or underline where you can write your name and send it to someone else? Or a acceptance letter envelope template?
Thankyou so much! Keep up the good work, we love you!

@Ana - I know I said this in a PM to you, but since you posted here, I'll reply here as well. I'm completely booked until after the movie. Once the 18th of July hits, I'm free to do all sorts of design work. Until then, I'm buried under my sewing machine or at work.

Just because someone has already done a version don't feel put off at having a go yourself! That's the point of theRPF, to encourage people to venture into the amazing world of prop making!

If you do go ahead and have a go yourself then I look forward to seeing your work :) Good Luck!

Well said. Nothing is ever finished on the RPF

Great to see you finally came to your senses! :lol Ravenclaw Rules!!!

Thanks for clarification, wasn't trying to give you a hard time about it 'cause I know my stuff is not perfect but its usually perfectly close. :).

I was wondering if you meant you were having trouble printing. 'Cause I know when I try to print out stuff it usually takes a few tries to get it right.

I've said it before but here goes again, the most frustrating thing about computing has always been printing. And i speak from experience going all the way back to the IBM 8086 computers!!!! :sick

Anyway, I'm still looking at revising the envelope to make even more screen accurate.

Ya it was printing. It took me like 10 times to get it right! But I like it. :)

Hi Guys!
I'm really happy to see your magical works!! i love them sooo much!
I emailed Noble about the new products based on Harry Potter's World, and they told me that they are going to release some new items near Christmas! :(

@Woflie & Lemon - The only reason I informed Zanoninho that the book was already completed was because on a daily basis we have new people coming here that simply dont realize all the content is on the front page of this thread. I don't know if Zanon was aware, but generally if someone has already designed something, you wouldnt turn around and redesign it, which lead me to believe that Zanon didn't see the front page.

@Zanon - if you want to redo it, go ahead. I was just saying its been done already.

And on that note, I'd actually prefer it if we didn't have duplicates of everything. Where would I draw the line if someone elses is 10 times better than the other. This is the RPF, but this is a community in the RPF and no other thread is run the way this one is.

This is still early days of the thread as it is, but if we get to the point where people redesign the same book cover 5, 10 different times, I'm not going to post them all. Simple as that..

Sorry if I sound like a be-yotch, but I still run the thread =| and I'd prefer no duplicates. Not to say I won't take them as of now, but in the future I may not. I just see it best to design something no one has done.

@ Hinkypunk : I was just wondering where you found the artwork for the back cover of the "When Muggles Attack" book? (by the way) It looks insanely cool!!!:D

DUELLING CLUB MAT

Finished the Duelling Club mat c/w tie-down grommets and posted a hi-res image on the first page under Barneyrfd's Stuff - Chamber of Secrets.

Would like to see somebody print that baby out at full size. :lol

Hi bfd,
Great job with the duelling mat!! I can see it maybe as either top or bottom of letter stationery. Full size on canvas it would make a great floor runner :)

Great ideas wooze. Had not even thought of them I was thinking about using it as a border on a wall or something like that. But it would look great as a header on stationary.

Thanks.

Any other creative ideas??
