Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

@Hinky, yer a keeper!! I think what you are asking for is more than fair to anyone wanting to try to sell stuff based on your work.

And for goodness sake...somebody get her a Beedle the Bard Book STAT!!!

Hey Hink - I will make sure that you get a copy of not only the books he makes you want, but also the wands as well and, of course, the Advanced Potion Making one. Just pm me where to send the stuff. Ive seen it in person now that I've calmed down, and I must say. . . . Im impressed. And I have made SURE that the doofus has reworked the auctions to be legal and you have credit now for your work. I hope my idio. . . I mean bf didnt cause too much drama. And he made the snape wands as well as the all the rest of them. And I must say. . . Im not only SHOCKED that all of this was going on underneath my nose without me knowing it but that the stuff is actually REALLY nice. LOL. Too bad he wont do SW stuff. :rolleyes I hope Ive taken care of everything now and made it right. For now. . . back to slicing and dicing in the anatomy lab! LMAO!

Cool site eviltig, the hand of glory looks amazing :) I also really like your copy of Advanced potion making, it looks very authentic. I was wondering your copy of Beedle/Bard movie version, do you know what version of the book was used or was it hand written, its looks great as well.
 
Thanks, the beedle the bard inside looks allot like the UK version with all the artwork but minus the Dumbledore stuff type not handwritten... Actually Im looking at it now and its exactly like the UK on the type is smaller to fit the book size.

Im gonna try to do a hand soon that is going to be very different but along the HP theme with a twist. I'll post pictures when I get it made up.

Concur, looks great.

Like something that was casually attached to a post or wall blew down, was rained on, ripped, wind torn, stepped on and left in the gutter. Dark, Gritty and apocalyptic like the Deathly Hallows movie look. (A little dramatic on my part there...sorry)

Thanks for the replies!, it was fun to do. I'll probably do a couple more....making prop replicas is so fun lol. I just used water, acrylic matte medium, and black and yellow ochre acrylic paint, then layered on light washes. The fiber of the paper kinda rips apart naturally and can be rubbed and wore into very easily. Interesting experience
 
Awesome work on the poster ecl, the distressing really adds an element of realism, looks like you picked it off the ground on your last visit to Diagon Alley
 
@Hinky, you are talented! Look all this amazing job you've done! And of course you deserve credit for your late-night work that is shared here for free. I mean it's not about money, but it's awful when person takes your work and praise like it his or even sell it and earn money and everyone is like wow, great job but in fact he/she didn't do a thing it was all a hardwork of someone else. That sucks. I think that anyone would be mad.
It's just nice and fair to respect others and their work. And so, respect Hinky cause without her this thread wouldn't exist.

Alright, calling out to all of you smart folk out there. I'm having some troubles with the front page. Its entirely too long and I want to make it so the images are next to each other, like for across or something. I've been tryin to do it with the daily prophet one first, but even though I have no space in between them, they are still stacking. I assume tables would work but I don't know how to do tables in these forum things

HELP!
 
@Hinky: Sorry...I'm pretty useless at the ins and outs of the tools and tricks of forum posting (if that is what you are talking about) so i just add the images as attachments.

fyi: extension number 624 is the customer service manager Patty, she is a *****. Above her is someone named emily who is very nice, but I unfortunately don't know her extension. If you get no where with worker bee customer service just ask for Emily and not Patty.
