Been fooling around with this letter to Harry from the Ministry expelling him from Hogwarts as seen in the HP Collection.
I'm almost there, just need to tweak the size, add the Ministry seal and center the Ministry of Magic at the bottom. (And to stay focused on one task at a time...)
It's hard to tell exactly how they made it fold like they did but I think I have fudged it together to pretty well resemble the prop.

It's origamical for sure...
I was looking at it some more and have come to the conclusion that the top flap actually is perforated so it can be sealed with the bottom and side flaps. You would tear it open along the perforations leaving the little triangular shaped tip with the seal and the top flap ends up with the flat top you see in the photo when opened.

The eyes and lips on the letter. I saw you made them before on this thread. Will it have the address side, too?

I'm not sure this version has the eyes, lips and address. As a matter of fact, it does not look anything like the disciplinary howler seen in the movie so I'm not sure where it was used other than appearing in the HP Collection Graphics book.

Kind of out of the mainstream here, but I thought I'd share. Artscow (a Hong Kong based print on demand company) has a coupon code available now that allows you to get three custom ink-stamps for $10, including shipping.
I've ordered t-shirts, photo books and custom playing cards from them before, but I was intrigued by the stamps because there are a number of HPotter logos and photoshopped stamps that I thought would be cool to have as an actual stamp. I made one of the Hogwarts crest, one of the Dark Mark and another one from Barneyrfd's Library stamp, complete with purple ink. I wanted to do one of the Ministry of magic stamps that are on the ID cards and such, but the only one I have is the 'sunburst' which seems to have too much fine detail for the physical stamp.
I have no idea how well these will come out and, because of the way artscow works, it's going to take 3-4 weeks on a slow boat before I get my items, but I just thought I'd share in case anybody was interested.
