Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

I emailed them telling them that they are awesome and asking for a signed photo, and they sent me one! Oh, There was just a photo, not a letter. It says
"To Alexander-
x Eduardo Lima
Miraphora Mina

There's also a printorium sticker on the back. Bfd-I like how you used the Magic Is Might logo on the bottom. Adds a nice touch.

Nice score HL. The x in front of Eduardo isn't a kiss is it...:lol

Funny you should mention the Magic is Might logo 'cause I was thinking of a way I could use the logo and the poster idea kinda grew from that...

Oh, I just looked at it again and it says

I've always loved ministry propaganda because it is... I can't seem to find the right word. Special? Unique? I don't know.:lol

Thanks to the Envelope template from firecrafter.

Who's firecrafter??

Where it came from originally, I don't know, but I think this is probably the envelope that Kevin was referring to http://www.therpf.com/f64/harry-potter-free-paper-props-all-movies-108986/index177.html#post1985634

Thanks for the wanted poster, bfd. It's awesome. I'm going to print it out for my son. We're reading Deathly Hallows right now so it's topical.

I did get the envelope template from the list, the link that KimMont suplied. But if you made the template then you get all the credit bdf :)

Thanks for the poster Barney. Great work :)

You are so welcome wooze.

Glad ya like the poster and really like the idea that you are going to print it out for your son while you are reading the DH book. Maybe adds a little tactile realism to the story and for me makes it seem like producing these props is worth while. Thanks.

The envelope template in the link is likely the one I made about a year and half ago and posted here. I removed it for a variety of reasons but I'm sure there are still many copies of it floating around cyberspace and from time to time they surface.

well again BDF. I ment no offence. I expected the person who uploaded it to be the one that made it and just wanted to thank him for the template. Now I'm sorry that I gave the wrong guy credit. Again I just tried to be nice and thank the (in wich I thought) was the creator.

No problems here Kevin, I took no offense from your post at all. Sorry if I gave you that impression.

It would of course be nice if the person posting something would indicate where they got it from but a lot of times it is "just an image they found on the internet" so it doesn't seem worth mentioning it was not their original work (again, no offense to anyone in particular - just talking in general here).

Hi guys. still new to this but hope it's OK. I took a scan from the bar I got from the studio tour and cleaned it up a tad.

Cleaned it up a tad??

It's one pf the best looking scans we've had in awhile. Bright, sharp, no grain dots, really nice, thanks.

Great scan RevEggy and nice job on cleaning it up, really sharp.

Check out: minalimablog.com

It has some photo's from there book from the deluxe Page to Screen edition, inc. two page spread from Dumbledore's Beedle book, with text in runes, page of crests and posters. Prtty neat stuff.

I was cleaning out my wallet today and waaay in the back I found this worn 5 Galleon note from Gringotts Bank I forgot I had.

Gringotts5GalleonNote006red.jpg

I know some notes from Gringotts have been done before but they look like newer, modern notes and I thought an older, vintage style note might look good. I based my design on an old Bank of England note. This is just a prototype that still needs tweaking and I'll attempt to do several denominations and see how they come out.

That looks really cool; I really like the patterns behind the text, very official looking. And naturally the worn effect is perfect for authenticity. If only we could deposit those into a bank account hehe.

Can't wait to see them.:)

Looks fantastic Barney :) I love the worn look too!! It looks like it could have been an old birthday gift that ended up in the bottom of Ron's trunk that he forgot about and recently found again as he is packing for the new school year.
