Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

Me too...:lol

I finally had the When Muggles Attack book cover printed and then found a hardcover book at the good ole' dollar store that fit the cover. Turned out really nice (IMHO) ;). Here's a couple of images of the brand new cover on the book.

And here's an image after the book had been in and out of Umbridge's desk drawer repeatedly.

looks great! someday I'm gonna have time to print out and make some of the stuff here but I haven't yet. Always amazed how good the worn props look.

Every time I see one of these replica books I think three things: (1) Damn, that's awesome (2) I'm going to make one of those these days and (3) how I'd love to sneak them into piles of books being sold to Half-Price Books all over the US and see what people think when they find them on the shelves.

Barney,
LOVE how your book turned out and the aging is really wonderful :)
Can't wait to see what you will do with the clock tower pendulum.

Thanks Barney for posting this, its an awesome cover. It looks great with the distressing, it makes it look so authentic. I always like to see actual items after the artwork has been created. Amazing work :)

Barney; Thank you so much for posting this! What type of paper did you print it on? Also, what was the book at the dollar store that you made it out of? I want to try to make my own:D

Alexander:lol

I had the cover laser printed on 28 lb bond paper to give a bit of a a sheen and stiffness.

I don't think you'll find the same book I found, you just need to find a book that is about 5" x 8" and about 1" thick. You probably won't find a book with that exact dimensions but you just need to be close because you can change the dimensions of the book cover pdf slightly to suit the book you find.

This is off topic but it is still Pottter related so I hipe its okay, thought you might like to see it too.

I saw these trainers over on geekologie.com and I instantly thought of the Weasleys' Sticky Trainers.

Sticky trainers for sure! Maybe it's made undercover by Weasley & Weasley:lol...
Anyone know if they sell decoy detonators at the wizarding world of Harry Potter, and what the price is?

I'm really hoping that decoy detonators will be available in Weasly's when they open Wizarding World phase 2 in 2014/15. I know there's rumors of a wider array of merchandise. I'm also hoping universal sells full daily Prophets and Quibbler magazines. If they printed a few different editions of each I think they'd sell really well.

Hi, im new here and i dont speak very good english, so anybody knows what fonts are "BASIC BLAZE BOX" and "thank-you"?

Hi Dafne91 welcome to therpf, hopefully we'll see great things from you. However the item your researching is a item created by our very own Barneyrfd if I'm not mistaken that Beechy McFly (amongst others) has as part of his collection. He would be the best person to ask, if its an original design which I think it is then I'm afraid not a lot of help will be given to recreate another members work. Sorry if this is not the answer you were hoping to hear but this forum has an unwritten guide we try to stick to in order to keep the peace.

Barney I really like your new poster but is 'Blood Traitor' a bit strong for a MoM poster, perhaps 'Accomplice', just a thought. Looks really great regardless.

Oh, ok, thankyou ElliotStone, anyway I did not plan to recreate this prop, (I have no idea how to use photoshop), is for a personal project, a gift for my sister.
