Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

The Rune Dictionary I started a while back was pushed the side; but this weekend I punched the holes through the book to get it ready for binding. Took quite a while as I used a hole punch. I thought to use a drill, but that didn't seem to work very well. I still have to order an appropriate lace to tie it all up with! The interior is blank, but I think this is my favorite book.

I've attached a ref. photo of the original; anyone know what kind of knot that would be for the binding?

Thanks bfd, yes I was thinking it's probably just a regular one. I haven't tried binding it yet to see how exact I can get it. Should be interesting.

Thanks for the comments;

Harryluna1: The cover is printed on fabric. I bought it from a crafts store; basically the fabric is pretty thin, and is stuck on a backing that allows it to be fed through a printed. After you print it you can peel the backing off and use it anyway you want. I glued it onto thin cardboard looking cardstock. The gold foil is done with heat transfer foil.

I should have this finished soon; it's been sitting around for too long.

can anyone help me and post a copy of the basilisk page hermione had in her hand when she was petrified ?? please i cant find it anywhere! x

The Quibbler of november:

FloraGolden...are you also xlovegoodx who originally posted this Quibbler on deviantART?

If you are great, thanks for the post, it is a wonderful Quibbler.

Sorry to play "Posting Cop" here but we have been over posting other people's work without permission many times before. IT IS A NO-NO!!

Finally got the lace in today! The size looks about right and was easy to tie. The texture of the lace is close enough.

Attached a pic of the original for reference
