Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

Hey gang,

I've started a Facebook page that I'm going to have all my props on, tutorials for props here (like folding flier's champion paper and the ministry of magic airplane, and it will also have photos of all the costumes I'm making for the harry potter premiere.

I'd really really appreciate it if you all would go and friend me. I won't have anything up propwise until after the movie, but until then I'd like to get some friends

I just print your labels on adhesive Photo Paper and it come sout pretty well.

Took forever, but I figured out how to fix my facebook address. Some people have asked me if I'm no longer posting on the rpf with the addition of this.

To clarify, everything I make is going on the rpf. The facebook is for the created props, IE the weasley boxes, and the MOM paper airplanes. All hi-res images are staying here.

And about Gryffindor, could you ACTUALLY try to be less mature? It's just not possible. I mean seriously, there's no reason to be a jerk to these people just for trying to protect their friends.

I don't see why the number of posts should matter! It was just a suggestion, Is that not part of a mod's job, to ensure people follow the rules? because I'm pretty sure those jerks behavour isn't acceptable!

Hi decat, my comment "so nice of you to welcome new members" was sarcastic. I was calling him out on being a jerk. And yes, that is a mod's job (or, at least part of their job) and I completely agree with you. I do not think they should be reported though because last time someone was reported on this thread it was shut down and took a long time to get back into its stride.

Hi, I'm back from London, I had a magical time, slept out in Trafalgar which was weird but in a good way Highlights were being on TV's Daybreak for the faux red carpet entry of the main characters I was Harry Potter, the winner judged by Jason Isaac got a Golden Wand but it was just the large plastic rubies Hermione wand, Hermione won anyway and then getting autographs and pics of the cast, my fav autographs are Emma, Rupert and of course J K Rowling. I got them to sign the inner pages of my Potion book, alas I did not gt Alan Rickman's autograph but thats ok. I treated myself to the golden snitch and Elder wand from Noble from Hamley's.

Sounds like you had a great time Elliot and hit the mother load for autographs. Except for Alan Rickman, too bad about that, I know you were hoping to get his auto for your potions book.

Not sure if these Ministry notices were posted yet, but they are quite nice. Not very high res, but could be a good reference for anyone remaking them.

Here are some progress photos of the Beedle Bard Cover I'm trying to put together that I posted before. I haven't had as much time to work on it. I was going to use gold leaf, but the prop seems not as reflective in the reference so went with liquid leaf, and painted it on with a brush. It's easier that way too! I haven't done any embossing which i'll try later.
