Henners, that costume is awesome. Did you make that helmet, or buy it somewhere? A friend of mine REALLY wants a power ranger costume.
Could you possibly hook me up with some places that sell the parts of the costume? I've seen the spandex suits on ebay, but never any decent boots, gloves, or helmets.
you don't want the suits on ebay, those are just zentai suits. not accurate at all.
my boots, gloves, belt, holster, cuffs - all real leather.
the gun is a vintage 1993 toy - japanese verison. the american version was the wrong color.
Helmets, you have to get custom made.
My entire suit was a custom commision made to my measurements and scaled down from measurements taken from HUNDREDS of pictures of the original japanese suits (since the american suits were made different, and the american show mixed shots between those...it's like trying to take vader measurements with pictures from ANH and ESB)
my suit was made by a person that goes by "Sushiya", I spent a few hundred on it. The belt buckle was made by a person that goes by Buzzs_Room, and the helmet costs around 300+ depends on who you get it from. I got my mine through a prop maker that goes by Aniki.
Aniki has gone AWOL lately. his paint jobs, and other props/costume parts are really crappy too. I was lucky and got a decent helmet.
