Hello Gang!

As promised last week, we're ready to start taking orders for our new and updated 'Ghostbusters' paper props! We haven't released these since 2016, long before the 4K release.

We've since compiled new images, grabs, scans, and on and on over the last two years, and recently got ahold of TWO props that have only been seen in blurry backround shots in GB2. All have been updated, rerun through filters, resized, and FOUR of these covers are direct scans from the real props. printed on heavy stock and UV resistant ink, ready for framing. I personally use low cost snap in frames from Walmart available from 8.5x11 up to 11x14. These will be cut, slipped between tissue paper, and BOXED for shipping worldwide via USPS. Shipping is INCLUDED in the price.

Here's the details on each.
'Ghostbusters'
The Atlantic: unchanged from its first form in 2014, the illustration was hand redrawn, painted and scanned into it's digital form. 8.5 x 11
TIME: A new and sharp update from it's older forms, this is the best version ever offered. Excellent colors and new sharp lettering. 8.5 x 11
OMNI: A direct scan from the original prop, restored and cleaned up, with minor absences set in to respect the screen used piece. 9 x 12
GLOBE: New sharper images and color adjustments bring this piece up to speed with the others. Simulated newsprint. 10 x 10
New York Post: New images, color adjustments, and text improve this piece which was unchanged from 2016 run. Simulated newsprint. 10x10
USA Today: New images, new text, color improvements, and scans from the art book make this all new. Simulated newsprint. 11 x 14
Firehouse Print: From the L.A. County Fire Archives, this is a smaller version of the large picture that hangs behind the firehouse desk. 11 x 14

'Ghostbusters 2'
Star: Scanned from the prop on display at Sony, this has been cleaned and adjusted for printing. Dang near perfect. 11 x 14
New York Post: Made from Archival photos, this sharp version looks great. Simulated newsprint. 11 x 14
LIFE: Scanned directly from a production made prop via Earl Hayes press, this was modified to respect its heritage, and colors we're fiddled with. 11 x 14
TIME: Never seen before short of blurry footage, this is scanned from a production made prop, the the photo was cleaned up a bit. 8.5 x 10
Motor Trend: Finally found and now released, this prop is both from photos of the real one, as well as updated sharper graphics. 9 x 12

We'll begin shipping the last week of April, and only 100 sets will be available. We're pondering releasing another set, contianing the paintigs, spectral Vigo photos (all from screen used) as well as a few other backround newspaper pieces we've gotten our hands on. Stay tuned on that!

I'm absolutely hyped that these exist, I'd be interested in one of the expanded sets with the spectral Vigo photos when those become available!
 
So are these like “jackets”? Or are they just one faced prints? For example, if I had a a regular Omni magazine, I can remove the front and back cover and wrap it with this one?
 
Not jackets. The measurements should have suggested that. These are meant for framing.
Jackets will be available down the road from another vendor.

We're moving forward a little slower than I'd hoped, would like to get at least 20 more before we print.
So I'll tell ya what, if we hit 50, I'll add in the additional Vigo prop photos and painting prints.
