Full Scale WALL-E Build

Great work on all the WALL-E they look like fun to build.

He goes together pretty quick if you have the right tools.
Most of the R2 Builders in the club are there because we are at the stage where we are building him from scratch.

Brings back memories of when the R2 Builders was young.

Yeah, a few R2 Builders have migrated over and are laying down the gauntlets!
Very impressive work.

It was recently revealed that Tom Joz is a robot-building robot, so his work (unfortunately) doesn't count, it's all programming. Still, looks fantastic!

Yep, He sure can crank them out.
Too bad he's a robot though...
I thought it was bad when Cylons were found to look human.

Tom has added something new to his WALL_E build and he says it works.
Tom said the idea is to get motors hooked up and get WALL-E rolling.

Holy cow! :eek
A big applause for the work made so far!:thumbsup

When you have all the main R2 Builders and a ton of RPFers (that doesn't look right) RPF members you can't go wrong.

Hopefully we will start seeing these rolling around Conventions soon.

Outstanding stuff. Those tracks look perfect!

Does anyone else think it looks kinda edible too...?

I'd like everyone to know that the Original WALL-E Builders Club will be in the November issue of MAKE Magazine.
A couple months ago I was asked to send in photos of all the WALL-E builds that have been done so far and last week they called to fact check the article.

Hate to revive a dead thread - but by chance does anyone know if the yahoo Wall-E group is still alive? I'm looking for plans, etc and I applied to the group last week. Account still. Of activated.

Update, all approved.

Hi guys,

Like CGClone I'm trying to join the yahoo group so I can give building my own wall-e a go. Anyone able to approve my registration on the Yahoo Group? Thanks in advance.
