Mimic sent me a PM earlier today advising me that he wants this situation settled ASAP and will be doing everything he can to settle the paypal claims quickly. I will give him a polite nod and public thanks for the message. It appears that he wants to move on and I hope that those of you still waiting will receive more regular updates as well as accurate shipping information / timelines.

Once our claims have been settled, I'll make my final post on this thread. Good luck everyone. Empire I'll be thinking of you for quite some time.

I have no dog in this fight , but after watching this journey unfold I think its right that Mimic needs to pm everyone who had ordered and would now like a refund and deal with this increasing messy situation as its not doing Mimics reputation or any ones stress levels any good!!!

I'm curious as to how many people are on the waiting list or have paid. I paid a 50% deposit back in September but wasn't put on the list on page 1 of the thread.

I paid in full and was told I was on the production run but not added to the list. I have also filed a claim but no response from mimic or messages.

There are 5 of us in VT that paid a deposit and then the balance in October when we were told he was getting ready to ship. We were never put on the list in the top thread and have all files claims.

Another day gone with no communication to people you owe refunds. It’s completely unacceptable to remove people from the run, and then wrote them off as “No longer acknowledge you.” You owe numerous people refunds, and communication about those refunds.

My buddy in garrison got a pm saying he would get armor in 2 weeks. He ordered in fall.

Meanwhile I'm still being ignored. Paid in full back in June and no reply what so ever.

Guess mimic is only talking to his supporters and ignoring everyone else

He said yesterday in a PM that he would start processing refunds this morning.

here we are, still nothing.

If if this isn’t the biggest flag idk what is. Even when there are deadlines with consequences he doesn’t do what he says he will.
