Firefly/Serenity fans please read

Steve -

While I don't currently have the funds for any "big ticket" purchases, I'm still looking forward to seeing whatever gets made. I'm sure you'll be getting some of my money.

QMx has the license for Serenity...props, vehicles, gadgets, patches, paper props, misc artwork, etc etc.[/b]
Any chance of lobbying for a FineMold style of quality 1:72 scale Serenity SpaceShip model kit? :)

Looking forward to the launch of the site.

Well, I am all about an excellent display piece as that is how the piece will spend most of its time.

For the record...

QMx has the license for Serenity...props, vehicles, gadgets, patches, paper props, misc artwork, etc etc.

Knowing MR as I do, it is extremely unlikely that they will be doing anything for this property, so that "inside information" may be a tad incorrect.

But WE certainly will be. :D

We have been working closely with the property masters, graphics artists. and others studio reps to gain access to all of the original props, molds, vehicle CGI files, and artwork.

The website (which is coming, really.) will show the first few products, but that is definitely not the whole "shebang".

For example, we came across the original holsters for Mal and Zoe and thought...HMMMM...well, there they are, right in front of us...THOSE would be cool to make... :)

I would propose that there is really no need to buy "license challenged" items, if you have hardcore fans of the property (with direct access to the original props and artwork) already making great licensed replicas.

More to come...

I would like to thank you for chiming in.
Some browncoats I chat with said that I was wrong about prop people on the prop board they would only as a hole want shelf items I said that is normaly true but with Firefly/ Serenity fans they like working usable props so they said I was delusional so I'm just trying to find out and everyone thinks it is a conspericy or something it is not

P.last I knew you were working with MR and I heard you got the license so I asumbed MR
hope you do well SORRY:)

The big question you posted and did not answer do you like a shelf prop or somthing usable for costuming?

That is what this thread is about.
JR :cheers

It doesnt matter, if you want the question answered, please pay me $1.00. :p

Alright, alright, I would like to see both. Now where is my money.

So the basic question, is do we want props or costumes?

Could have said that in post 1.

I have no interest in costumes unless they are screen-worn and hanging on a mannequin.
