I've finally got my Suckface MkIII painted, polished and weathered. I'll fit the eyes that I've made tomorrow, then I need to order one of DarkJerre's eye kits.

Thanks guys. If anyone's interested I used Citroen Wicked Red and a 2002 Toyota 580 Yellow basecoat for the gold.

I got the eyes in today. Here are a load more photos.

The light abrasion that you have given it, gives it so much more life than simply hitting it with a few coats of paint. What did you use to seal the whole piece, if I might ask.

Studio quality work, my friend!

That is freakin' awesome. I'm new here, and have read a few builds - what was the base build for this helmet? Cardboard? Pep? I dont actually think I've seen what people used to do before this cardboard nu phase thing. hehe.
