I'm curious, what did you use to fill the seams in the foam before you painted the armor?

I didn't fill any seams, just tried to cut/glue as neat as possible. All I used was hot glue and paint.

Do you know the default scale of these files? Great stuff!

Also, I couldn't find your modified helmet file at that link? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wow i think he's a bit happier being a zombie, must have a taste for brains all along, looks terrific

Thanks Bob, I definately think it works much better as a death trooper. Really pleased with the outcome. It being foam made weathering really easy as I just set the suit on fire in the places I wanted holes!
