Yup, gold frames with the tangerine lenses installed. The frames totally look silver in certain light so I think they are just about as screen accurate as it gets.

Yea, that's what I been saying for years. Look at the left side of my Sunset, the light through the window give them a silver shine

Unfortunately, finding vintage pieces on ebay is just a matter of frequently checking back. Very rarely will a vendor have multiples of a vintage article of clothing. Your best bet would be to check ebay often using searches like "sky vest" or "puffy vest" in their vintage clothing subcategory. And attitude won't get you very far in this community.

By the way, have any of you ever read the original novel? I personally thought it was better than the film, but in it, it explicitly states that, while imaginary still, all of Tyler's clothing is merely lifted out of lost and founds, which fits in great with the character, and even though it's never stated in the film, I assume that's why it's all over the place as well.

Still, I bet nearly all of you wish you could find Olivier People sunglasses so easily, or red leather jackets. But, it's all just imaginary anyway. :-! You can see it in the shot of Edward Norton as Tyler Durden, he's still wearing his character's clothing, just acting like Durden, so... the clothing is just how he imagines himself, I think, or when the narrator is projecting Tyler. Or for the audience's sake.
