Yeah, i thought 99 was too low. i thought it was higher. thank you for the confirmation AJ. That is a stupid amount of money for a CD. Just plain greedy. No one in their right mind is going to pay that...I hope.

Right but we cannot see if the files are high quality or not or if they are guaranteed to be authentic. Buyer protection doesn't cover digital goods either so by buying that item you could get screwed pretty easily. If he has the files, why hasn't he put together a production and created the tank then?

I suppose though to get around the digital good clause pay with an AMEX (thats how I do all my paypal transactions) because you have like 9 months protection and can do a charge back anytime and get around any paypal clauses. I have done chargebacks before since I am a platinum member they are extremely aggressive.

I learned a long time ago never use paypal funds to pay for something always use a high end charge card.
