Yeah, you should definately come to FedCon again..ALL of you! 
I had not heard much about F.A.C.T.S. before and sadly it's on the same weekend as RingCon, which is basically a fixed date for me every year ;-)
RingCon is organised by the same people, who do FedCon. It's just Fantasy instead of SciFi...
