Nope. I agreed with the judges. His commando's facial burns looked like chopped hamburger. There was NO life in the paint at all. The guy supposedly has these horrible burns on his face, and no one thought to make his same side arm even just a bit gnarly?
Hint: Scars are like lips... pink & shiny.
and that gun was a laughable cardboard joke.
The barrel should have been off center.
K Smith rather politely called him on it, invoking Toxic Avenger. that is exactly what it was, 80's era rubber puppet foam work. After that black mushroom headed Star Wars mess as his first effort I hoped he'd shine once free from the unpleasantness with Joe. But there hasn't really been anything amazing from Tommy yet.

Tommy may have been hit and miss, but at least he toughed it out and did his best instead of storming off and winding up with the production company issuing a restraining order against him.
Kids come in, design stuff, and then the contestants have to implement them.

I think Roy should come in first, Laura is good, but Roy has just been blowing his tasks out of the water. She should definitely be no less than 2nd place though. Unless Roy just completely bungles the last test.

we recently just found this show - and my Wife is hooked.
At best, I've gotten my better half to wear a cute little Harley Quinn outfit and makeup - but this stuff, she is really wanting to do prosthetics for her own face.
She actually sat down with me and WANTED to watch the original Planet of the Apes so she could pay attention to their makeup.
Score one for reality TV giving us something fun, educational, and minimal on drama.

I think Roy should win too but I think he might end up becoming a victim of how creative he is. Loved his creature design but seemed like all they could focus on was the eye not closing/blinking all the way.

More a less a case of holy ****...they finally let him go. Although in his defense, I did not see too much of his past designs in the face of his monster this time, but yes...a one trick pony he was.

Everyone seem to love his design...except Glen. He was the only one hung up on the blinking. I think Roy is the best by far. I would love to see him win.
