Anyone know where I can watch the last episode on line? I was always DVRing it and watching later. I did not know the last episode was a two-parter. I spent Halloween night passing out candy and didn't even know it was on.

I hope the do away with audience vote and let the judges go back to determining the winners of the show next season and beyond.

I know it would have been a different outcome. I truly believe Laura would have won.

So, I'm just getting around to watching the last few episodes and am on the Cyborg episode. I just need to get this off my chest regarding Sarah:

How the hell did she even get into wanting to do theatrical makeup professionally if she knows nothing about any of these popular sci-fi and fantasy tropes?! Yes, fine, you grew up Menninite. That's no excuse for not educating yourself once you got out into the world and decided this is what you want to do with your life. To me, that just smacks of laziness.

When Nicole was eliminated, the show's ratings tumbled because there was lack of a pretty faced girl with neon red hair on the show. Its entertainment and lets face it, we all like to see pretty people. Why do Hollywood actors and actress spend so much money on making themselves pretty?

Not to exclude all the other arguments and points which I think is all valid but the ratings themselves proof the point.

Look at the dropoff from the finale to the live wrap-up. Clearly that was the wrong move to make.

Nicole's hair was purple.

Besides, they still had Alana (who actually did have the neon red hair) until Nicole had been back for a couple episodes.

And the ratings were actually lower the week before she left than the week she came back. Nor does it explain letting her ultimately win the season, when there's no "next episode" to ensure she's around for.

Correct. The winners had waited almost 4 months for the results of the final challenge. The ratings did not influence the decisions made during the season. I can guarantee that the reason for bringing Nicole back was her fibromyalgia.
