Expanded cuts of movies you'd love to see?

Maybe Blade Runner. There was enough cut for a short film to be made. With narration...done correctly this time and not just phoned in!

There's something very discouraging about shooting scenes just for the trailer.

"Here's something to get you excited for the movie even though it's not in the movie."

In other words, "We're aware of what you'd like to see but we're not actually going to put it in the film. Take this less exciting scene instead."

T2 did that with the teaser trailer, where you see the construction of the endoskeleton. Sure, it was meant to go into the movie at some point, but it was left out.

That trailer is better than all the subsequent sequels put together... and they still don't even reach it.

"Secondhand Lions" had an alternate ending that was on their DVD/Blue ray release. Hard to find for me anyway. It was much better.

Did it have more lions?

No it had a semi pull up and a horse mounted unit of the French Foreign Legion comes charging out and goes into formation.

I hope other businesses don't find out about presenting their product in an untruthful way!
