eFX ANH DARTH HELMET SAMPLE!!

It looks pretty good, the right cheek looks odd. Where the grey paint on the snout meets the black on the cheek. May have to withhold too much judgement untill we get more pics.

EFX if you send me one early i promise to post more than 2 pics of the helmet. Seriously, if EFX sends you a piece early for you to show everyone take a page full of pictures of every angle not 2. COME ON MAN!!!! :lol

Still marking the shipping boxes I see. Since this is fedex, I'm hoping they won't just leave it on the doorstep....

Did not get them all rotated but here are some good shots for everyone to enjoy.

I see lots of small pot holes in the texture of the helmet as well as irregular paint lines.

Do we know where the intentional prop accurate blemishes end and the actual factory mistakes begin?

that certainly does look awesome.
It just looks old - great deliberate detail and color scheme.
I wish I could have had the cash to have joined in.

What a fantastic addition to any collection, can't wait till mine touches down here in the UK which will be the fulfilment of a 34 year ambition.

Cheers EFX.

Vince.

Call me crazy, but I think the dome could stand to be a bit more polished.

The dome is painted fiberglass, a coat of auto polish and you can make it shine as much as you want. Plus I do not have movie studio lighting, its standard 2x4 fluorescent lights several feet above the subject.

I was wondering if I could polish it without screwing it up. Definitely don't want to gloss coat it.

Hi David,

Hope you are well mate :)

Thanks for the pictures :thumbsup

Are there any remnants of where the tabs were fixed on the top of the mask? I know there is a different fixing system but just wondered if they have been left on or not?

Congrats on a nice purchase.
